Put in an auto with shiftkit and big *** cooler, I understand turd gen tranny is the same as 4th gen, should hold pretty good, depending on your driving.

He cam over today with his camera so I could show him how to post up pics but he card wouldnt fit in my laptop so hes going to get a adapter for the card or the cord and he can post all the good pics.

Here is a few I took last time I was over at the shop with my phone.

That's a really clean looking install. I could see something similar being done on a 4th gen if you used a cone directly on the turbo (or a 90 to a CAI in the fender) and did some slight relocation of the fuse boxes to keep the hot side from melting them.

IMHO I would move the MAF AFTER the BOV cause now you have all this metered air dumping into the atmosphere, the computer thinks that air is still in the motor and adds the correct amount of fuel to compensate except you just dumped it right out the piping causing a big puff of black smoke from that nice rich condition you just created and = loss of power at your shifts, fouled plugs ect..

Correct me if I'm wrong?

edit: i do see its a ford MAF

There is cream in my pants, and it ain't whipped...

Let us know how the XFI works out. I considered using FAST before, may still. I got a turbo 302SB Chevy, and a VG30 that both could use some love.

The home-brew Poly bushings is cool. Have to look into that. Any tips from experience? I got my K10 pickup that needs leaf spring pushing all around. Granted, I'll most likely machine my own out of Delrin (Sorta like Teflon), but options are always good. And I've seen enough crumbled motor mounts to know that could be a nice cost-effective way to fix them.

Anyway, great project you got! That rear suspension alone is very nice! Gotta love the use of Ford, and GM parts to make this happen.
