What lb spring is in the wastegate? Because it is set at 6 doesn't mean it will stop at 6. At 6lbs the wastegate may begin to bleed off boost but doesn't mean it won't go higher than 6.

Do you have the lines hooked up wrong? Just let it run on spring pressure until you get it figured out. If your exhaust is less than 3" it can spike easily also.

the down pipe and the mid pipe are 3"
from the end of mid pipe to the muffler 2,75" because the muffler inlet is 2,75"

I also have a silencer in the muffler . when I run it with the silencer it goes to 8.5 PSI
but when I remove the silencer,it goes to 10 PSI and 12 PSI .

I know my car very well . It goes more aggressive when it goes on more than 8 PSI .

its really very dangerous .

That sounds normal to me. Less restriction and it can hit boost faster so the increase without the silencer is normal. I thought your motor was built, if it is built, you don't have to worry about those numbers if you have a good tune. The psi you are hitting sounds normal, the way it boosts with a 4lb springs sounds normal to me also. I have a 5lb spring and I can hit anywhere from 8.5 to 10 easy, and my exhaust right now is 2.5" and alot of us are on stock compression.

OK I running with A/F 11.2 .

but my boost control was working good . when I set it at 8psi it makes 8psi no more no less .

the problem is Im setting a lower boost but it makes higher than what I have sett .
may be I have to calibrate the boost control if there is a way to do it .
