Hello fellow turbo Maxima heads. I just got my turbo today & need to get it rebuilt *I knowingly bought it this way* I have to 2 people ready to fix it for me but I just can't find the right place to get the parts from....I either get a place that charges WAY too much or WAY too little with what I don't need. The turbo is a eBay t3/t4 trim turbo..."TURBOCHARGER Model:TO4E".....the axleshaft is bent and jammed...From what I was told I just can't replace the axle shaft...I have to replace the whole assembly.....Any knowledge you give me will be of GREAT help! Thanks!

 

Why cheap out on a vital piece of machinery that spins at 10s of thousands of rpms with inferior parts/rebuild. You can get a holstet or something that is supported and probably have a rebuild/purchase price in your range instead of the "Ebay".

 

It's my first turbo build....I rather do it this way, I don't want anything huge and expensive especially because I might not keep the setup for long

 

if it's a generic turbo it might be hard to find rebuild parts for it because it is from an unknown manufacturer.

 

Dag...I kind of figured that....but any t3/t4 part would fit as long as they're the same specs? Correct?
