Fully built on boost 4thgen 3.5 swap
Ok,I had this onwed this car for about 6 years,but in the fam for about 10 to 11 years,Ever since i owned it i modded,more visual than performance,car only had intake,headers,exhaust.Didnt Know how to get parts or exactly have all the right info to do i want it.Untill I MET THE ORG,SO THIS BUILD WOULDNT BE DONE WITHOUT U GUYS.About 75% was done by me.
Started with change of color and 3.5 swap about a year ago, found a v2 kit for good price,so i always wanted alot of power, and of course i kept doing more research found out no more than 450hp 400tq,So expanded to other forums and found parts for extremly good prices,and ended up with This:
ENGINE:
3.5 SWAP block with 40k 3.0 timing(i took a shortcut,but at the end with all the work i did i could of did a full swap)
INTERNAL
-Cosworth pistons 96mm
-Jwt springs and shims
-Manely I beam Rods
-arp head and main bolts
-Tomei Hr 264 cams
-rev-up oil pump
-Ferrea 1mm plus valves IN/EX
-acl race bearings
-comectic headgasket
-Block inspected and cleaned
-Heads inspected and cleaned
-Block redecked
-Heads redecked
-Block Bored and Honed using a Torque Plate
-Ported exhaust and intake runners
-Rotating assembly balanced
-Valve Stem Heights set,Cold Clearance set for cams
-3 angle radius cut valve job
-vitton seals
-Crank magnafluxed and the journals micro-polished
-Oem gaskets,O rings,New timing belt,tesioners
EXTERNAL
-Aam oil pan spacer
-DC power alternater Bumping at 14.5 to 15 volts at idle
-PFTB with adapter
-Nwp Thermal spacers
-350z lower Intake maniflod
-Cosworth Fuel rails
-Cosworth thermal IM gasket
-350z Kinectix Intake maniflod
-Upgraded SS fuel lines from tank to rails
-aeromotive fuel filter inline
-aem fuel regualter
-Walbro 400lph
-auto meter fuel pressure gauge
-My old headers i think DC
-Dual 3" exhaust dynomax vt mufflers

-928 billet impeller with twin lip seal
-upgraded bearings rated 62k rpm
-928 2.62 pulley
-3" intercooler setup
-mishmoto j-line intercooler
-MAXFLOW MONDO BYPASS VALVE
-Z32 maf
-Greddy EMU
-Aem digital boost gauge
-Aem digital Wideband

some updates my upper oil pan was cracked and it was leaking put nicer looking 1 and added a mishimoto 19 row oil cooler ohh yeah thier goes my aam oil pan spacer too.
oil cooler tight fit axle sitting right on top of it and ground clearence is right at the oil pan.
