i need tips on keeping chrome wheels new/
what does everyone use to wash thier chrome wheels?
i've been using dish washing soap cause i heard that car wash soap is bad for the finish?
also is waxing them a good idea?

Chrome wheels are great...for me to poop on.
Enough of that. Use mother's billet and chrome polish or something like that. Did you even bother to look for infoe anywhere before asking this question? You do know there is a DETAILING forum here now, don't you???

mild soap and water...and as for polish, you can use wax for some protection from brake dust and grime, mothers will bring out the shine more, but if you scratch the wheels, even if they are very fine scratches...you cant get them out of chrome...once they are there, they are THERE.
