is it me or 20" tire cheaper than 19"?

took me a month to get tires........

plenty of :
215/35r19
225/"
235/".........but if you want 245/ you have to wait!

there's a million 20" tire all over the place and they are cheaper....

everyone getting rims, buy 20" and save money. rims are cheaper and tires are cheaper and mounting and balancing is cheaper.
plus they make more 20" rims style than 19"

It's all supply and demand. You will find allot more people putting 18's or 20's on their rides. You’ll seldom find someone with 19's. If you think about it for the last 2-3 year 80% of the cars made came with stock 17's, so if most people do a standard +1 setup they will goto 18's. But then you have the dudes that are just plain video junkies that must have 20's regardless of how it looks. With these two scenarios it leaves 19's out in the cold. So if no one is buying 19's the tire and rims maker is not going to supply them.
