Anyone have HP RACING EVO rims???

I called up HP Racing after finding on the site that they have a 18x9" wheel. It is a 38 offset. I was thinking about trying to do the 18x9 with 245/40/18 all around. Will that rub? Anyone have any 9" wide rims with that offset?

They are selling a set for $979 including Kumho 711 tires. Maybe we can setup a group purchase and get these for cheaper... but I just wanna make sure these rims are good in performance and not just show.

there is nothin wrong with being "cheap", for some of us like me have no option. I have $24K in student loans and $23K in car loans, so basically I have to stay cheap until these loans are paid off... also, there is nothing wrong in trying to get the best possible price. That's being a smart consumer. Think of it this way, next time you are modding something, you can go for better quality because you saved some mulah on the previous mod.
