I am interested in purchasing these rims

listed as 16" rims. When I measured this same style rim at a dealership they appeared to be 17" end to end. Was this style rim made in both a 16" and 17" inch or am I misunderstanding the diameter dimensions? Thanks for any help you can provide.

 

It's the inner measurement that matters, directly where the tire mounts, not the diameter of the outer lip. They are 16"

 

If you look at the rims without the tires, they are curved in (where the tire goes in) and that should be 16" on the inside.
