Wierd Handling...350z Tires and Rims

I just switched my stock tires and rims (97GLE) and put on the New 350z tires and rims...Specs are:

225/50/17 in the front
235/50/17 in the back

Other than a rougher ride...When i drive on some roads the steering wheel turns in ackward directions by itself..it never use to do that before when i had my stock wheels...i guess you could call it force feedback or something..i dunno

On roads that are not bumpy or have weird little hills on them my car drives ok..but sometimes and it happens quite often..the front wheels seem to just grip the road so tightly that it turns in the direction on how the road surface is bent or bumpy or swirly...

Please Help!!

P.S. still has the stock Offsets..i dunno what it is but i never changed them

Well are the tires on the 350Z rims directional?! If so, that could be the cause of the some jerking, directional tires have that tendency to follow road patterns...

Its normal, I gett hat even with my non directional tires. I think its mostly because there is more rubber on the ground.

Just the affect of bigger tires. My other car is a jeep with 35" tires and they follow ruts and bumps dramatically. You'll get used to it.

How do those rims look anyway? pics?

My 225 Potenzas on stock rims follow road imperfections a lot too. BTW, you might as well put the 235s on the front instead of the back... more grip for the drive wheels man.

lol if u put the 235s up front u'll make the rear feel really loose, since the fronts have so much traction, just stagger'em the way you have already and get used to the way they ride

i just got new rims for my car. 18x8 alt 159 rims and 245/40/18 bridgestones/potenzas. i have this same problem. it feels like normal torque steer and goes with the pitch of the road. took some gettin used to but after about a week i got used to it.

Most comfortable ride? That would definately be stock. Any lowering definately makes it stiffer. But as for lowered, H&Rs with Illuminas.
