need help with "Z"-rated tires v.s. "ZR"-rated tires!!

can someone explain to me the differece between them? more detail would be great.

I think they both mean the same thing but the R means it's a radial. The other rating just doesn't state it as being a radial.

Same thing...some put an R after it, some don't...
