Well, getting new tires soon before Winter. And, Winters here in West Virginia can get quite bad at times. Usually very wet, with sometimes heavy snow. I have a 2000SE (P225 50 R17), and am looking around for different tires. I'm wanting to know some facts and/or opinions on these two tires. The first are the Falken Ziex ZE-512 H. They are more expensive than the V's b/c they will last longer. I can get them for 129.95 a piece. Are these good all-season tires? And, how long will they last? The other tire I'm thinking about is the MasterCraft Avenger GT's at the same size. I had these on my 3rd Gen and was rather pleased. My parents have these on their 4th Gen right now. I can get these for 106.95 a piece. What do you think I should do? Any opinions accepted. Thanks!

 

I got the same tire as the Mastercraft (actually made by cooper) on my car about a month ago. Couldn't be happier. Good tire for the price.
