do anyone know if the is 300 rims will fit a 4th generation max?

Yes they will! You will need different lug nuts.

Hub bore is too small. You will never get them over the Nissan hub bore w/o getting them machined to 66.1mm

Check out the Moda R6 rims... they look pretty close I think... and come in a bunch of different sizes.
