flat tire
tread or sidewall?
if its sidewall the tire is dead...
if its tread...take it to a gas station and pay like $7 to have them plug it. sometimes the puncture is too big to plug but they'll tell u if its salvageable
make sure its a place you know, they might try to sell u a tire

I just hope you didn't drive too far on the flat though. The weight of the wheel rim on the tire can really damage it.
I've had pretty good success just plugging tires myself at home without dismounting or patching them.
Don't use the can sealers if possible. They're a temporary fix and the tire shop might be ticked off because they'll have to clean all that goop out of there when they do a proper repair.
