do i need this?

thanks to this blizzard, i slammed my car into a curb sideways and a piece of the rim cracked off and the tire is off and turned inward and hits the wheel well when i turn.

i dont know whats wrong with the whole thing, but i know i need a ner rim.

when i went to buy a new on e it said it comes with a 45 dollar instalation kit which includes

For one wheel you sure don't need 20 lugs and 4 locking lugs. Use the lugs off of you current wheel that's being replaced. The new wheel should also have the hubcentric ring already on it(the round gold colored pieces-plus you would only need one). If the new wheel does not have one, use the old one from the damaged wheel. Look on the back side of the wheel in the hub bore for it.
