tire size for 18"s

im getting a set of 18X7.0" and 40mm offset what tire size would look good and have no problem??

18x7? Kind of skinny- those belong on a Civic.

225 40 18 would work, but I would reconsider those wheels for something wider. Those will look like bicycle wheels.

try for at least an 8" wide wheel and go 245/40 or 245/45...

i got 225/40/18 on mine. i like the setup. no rubbing at all.

I would at least go w/ equal or greater than OEM load rating. Not safe if you go under OEM load rating
