97-99 SE rims: +45mm offset?

Is this the correct factory offset?

I think it is... I recently read an electronic copy of the 97-99 manual and that's what it says in it. I used to think it was a +40, but this makes more sense with some of the fitment issues I've heard of...

I believe 5 gen have 45 offset as well
