Having a hard time deciding on tires for stock 17"

Can anyone from the snow states make a recomendation on tires that you have. Please give size, price, treadware, ect. I need a good all season tire since I live in michigan. I have the stock 17" I dont want the tire to rub in turns and dont want to go over 225. If you dont live in a snow state or dont know what snow is please dont post is this thread.

I live in NJ. Have had the Pilot Sport A/S's on for over 40k. My experience is that they do very well in the snow. BTW... I live in a fairly hilly region of the state. Treadwear rating is 400. Check out Tirerack.com for more specifics. I got mine at Costco.

Browse through this forum, this is a often recurring topic.

Lots of folks are happy with the Falken Ziex 512s, and I'm pleased with the Ziex S/T Z-01 (an H rated tire) in the rain and the slushy icy snow we just got in central NC.
