Lexani Rims and Kumho Tires

I have a set of 18" chrome Lexani Iris with 80-90% thread Kumho Ecsta rubber.
I bought them last fall when they were 3 months old, drove for a month and took them off for the winter. Now the spring is here, wheels are in the garage ready to mount, but I am selling the car.
New cost is $1700+ for the rims and about $500+ for the tires ($2300 if you get a good deal). I want as close to the $1500 I paid for them as possible.
Let me know if anyone is interested. Both rims and tires are in great shape and looked awesome on my Maxima.

Please post this in the for sale section. I personally think that 18" and chrome is some ghetto combo, not to mention it has Kumho rubber.

But all the best to you, mang. Good luck.

No, you got it all wrong. I didn't ask for opinions on 18" chrome wheels and tires I offered them for sale. There are plenty of people that do like them including myself, so if they are not your style - don't buy them, mang.

before you do move it, i would recommend taking an honest look at what they're worth an offerting them at a set price. i understand you don't want to lose money, but they're definately not worth $2300 new (anymore at least).

When I checked last fall on Lexani's site the rims were just short of 1700 and tires were offered for about 600. That is why I said 2300. If they are cheaper, I didn't know.
And I did post in for sale, so you guys can chill.

i'm not trying to flame on you at all. i was just saying that if you do really want to sell them the for sale forum is the place to do it. also, again assuming you want to sell them, a set fair price will work out better than a general price based off of what you paid, 9/10. you have to consider that; 1.rims are constantly changing, and the iris are now considered an older style, and 2.resale value on rims is drastically depleted. sorry if i offended you, but i was really trying to help.

I understand, no offense taken. Thanks for the advice.
I think I will be better off selling them locally, than on the org anyways, since majority of people here don't look for chrome.

local or ebay would probably be your best bet.
