I like them both. If I were you, I'd pick the lighter wheel between the two.

yeah i like both of them too just didn't know which one. I'm leaning more towards the BCs tho. I don't know their weight but I don't really care. As long as they don't weigh more than my 15" sawblades I'm straight.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I dont think it's dangerous to run those wheels. Well, 620kg = 1364 lbs. If you're running with four wheels means they can support 5456 lbs. Suppose the Maxima is 3500 lbs and you have 1000 lbs worth of passenger and stuffs. You're still way below the maximum supported weight, no?

Peter, big h is offering you $1125 shipped for a set of those Velox wheels. He's a great guy to deal with. Definitely recommended.

i know wat you mean and i'd love to have those wheels but i'm not looking to spend that much on wheels. I'm planning to sell my sawblades and then take that money plus 200-300 dollars and buy a new set of wheels. I already have tires that wrap 17s. Thanks for the look out though.

This is partly why some Rotas crack the spokes, and sometimes the rim even separates from the center section!

Good point, slammed95.

Anyway, if you're concerned with wheels strength, look at this one. It's rated at 690kg and weighs 11.5 lbs for 17x7.

Or buy used.....worked for me

yeah i might regret it but I hope not. I'm not looking for "good" rims, I'm looking for the good looking ones. As long as it doesn't break or crack or damage in any unusual way, then I'm satisfied. Believe it or not, the #2 rims went on ebay for only 300 bux +shipping for all 4 and my friend has some ADRs and those aren't breaking. The Buddy Clubs are only 600 shipped and from what I hear, BCs are good, straight up JDM. So I think I can get good deals for good rims, just need to shop around a bit. Or I can just do wat mizeree did and buy some used ones. Who knows, I'm just shopping around.

I am in the same boat as you right now. I want some gunmetal rims but don't want to break the bank. ADR makes some good looking rims, just don't know about the quality. One not yet mentioned is the Cyper, which I think looks good. Number one looks great too. Let me know what you find in your search.

Remember there are different models of the Buddy Club P1, the one you have in the pic is the P1 II. Which is absolutely gorgeous!

I think Velox are ok wheels...but in the description of the wheel listed above it says "cast and forged." How can it be both?

I think that Buddy Club rim looks hot (and I HATE ADR, probably more than slammed hates Velox). How much is it though?

for the BCs? the guy quoted me 600 shipped. So it's not too pricey.

IMHO, if you are gonna get a rim with a lip, get at least 18's because the lip essentially takes away 1" in terms of how the wheel looks on the car.

yeah i would get 18s, but I'm dropping the car with Teins and I'm afraid that it might rub against the tires. And in plus, with 17s, I can get free tires from the Audi Dealer that my friend works at.

What's wrong with ADR? Any bad experiences? I'm thinking about ADR M-Sports in 18x8.5. Any negative feedback would be helpful.

EXACTLY, I had 18s w/ a lip and everyone thought they were 17s, basiclly they looked small, plus I had 245/40/18 tires so they drawfed the rims even more....
