Yeah this is a ridiculously broad question... most major tire manufacturers make both good and bad tire models.

Different tire companies make "good" tires for different applications. Google is your friend. Or just check Tirerack as jjs mentioned. Call up a local shop and ask them some questions or actually drive to a tire shop and go make a new friend who works there. You might get your questions answered and possibly get some discounts.

I have Falkens as well, but just because you're buying them does that mean that everyone else thinks they're good tires too? The point is, that is a very broad question and with some simple research, you can answer them yourself.
