Need suggestions, rather quickly

Tell me this doesn't suck! I get home sunday from a business trip and walking up the driveway take a look at the car.....well come to find out the front passenger tire has a bubble on the sidewall and the rim has some roadrash! I haven't driven the car since friday night.....i was so wasted that i had a friend drive me home. I know we didn't hit anything.....so now i turn to my brother who was watching the house while i was gone (that's another story).

But my problem is this, i don't want to just get a new rim and tire, for that money i might as well get all new tires and rims, but i don't have alot of money. So i guess whatever money i get from my taxes, about $800. I could probably scronge up another $200 or so. What rims & tires can i get for about a $1000 that look good and are better than the stock ones?

Any suggestions??

That sucks. Were those tires OEM, Potenza Tires. It's really unusual to have a bubble on the sidewall for a Bridgestone tires.
