Clear coat on factory rims?

Hi, I have an '01 Max Anniversary Edition and was wondering if these wheels have a clear coat on them? What is a good polish to use on them? I have heard the Meguirs Mag & Alum. polish is good, but let me know you'lls experience with this. Thanks!!
