Need Feedback on tires

Here is the situation. Im looking for a set of 19" MM Evo5's but i basically know nothing about tires. currently i got a set of good year eagle HP and man they are SOOOOOOO noisy. i want tires that perform good, last a reasonable time and are NOT noisy like my current GOOD YEARS.

i was just at tirerack browsing all the tires and it looked like my set of 19"S with tires is gonna cost me anywhere from 1750 to 2400 bux depending on the tires. now i dont want to buy the best tires out there and would like to spend about 1800 to 1900 for my rims and tires. thats about $180 per tire maximum.

so i wanted some feedback on tire brands. i hear sumitmomo and kumho are good cheap tires (which one is better?). what do u guys have had in the past and did u like them?

what do you guys think are the BEST tires for my taste and budget??

thanks alot for helping out this

How wide are your wheels, and do you know the offset?

I like Kumhos better than the Sumitmomos ... I have MX's on my Z hard to say on noise the are always worn rough from track events but good performance.... I have 711's on the Max now... ok for the money ... but look like I might get 20k out of them and they have trouble putting the power down
