Need 3- or all-season tires in 16" size...recommendations?

I have winter rims w/ tires, so I CAN get 3-season tires, OR I can get another set of all-season tires.

I am considering the following tires:

all-season:

Sumitomo HTR+ in 225-50-zr16. I have a set of these now. Ride is okay, handling is good. $75 each @ tirerack. I could PROBABLY get just 2 of these and salvage 2 of my current tires, at least for a while.

BF Goodrich Traction T/A. New tire, could go with 215-55-16 or 225-50-16. Between $85 and $105 each. Reviews on these are great, but they are almost $100 more for the set than a set of Sumitomos.

Dunlop SP Sport A2. Either size here as well. Around $90-100 each. THese are org recommended, but the design is 3 years old, and there may be something better that has come out (the tractions come to mind).

3-season:

Kumho ECSTA 711 or 712. Ricers love these, but a lot of Max drivers have them as well. These are fairly cheap and can be had for less than $300 for the set.

Is there a big difference between the 711 and the 712 in terms of performance?
