20's on a max

im running a Sprint/AGX 2" drop. My question is would 20's fit on my car? im seriously considering buying a set that i found online. I believe tire size would be 235/35/20 or 245/35/20.

thanks,

Ant

20s are unpractical IMO, unless you are all about shows. You should get 18s or maybe 19s and get thicker rubber to protect your rims from potholes.

I think 20's are the sheit on a max if your lowerd and not into racing, not everyone likes spending tons of money on a set of rims that dont realy make you go any faster anyways, so mgiht as well get some 20's that look good.

I run 19 x 8.5 235/35-19 tires. I'm stepping up to 20 X 9's w/ a 225/35-20. I might go 235/35-20. The roads are horrible in MD. All the Max's I've seen with other tire sizes (245,255, etc) look funny. The tires look too fat and high.

NO TIRE BABY!!!!!

hum.. i'm wondering will a set of 19/9's fit on a 2k max??
i have no clue to wut the offset would be, and if they would clear?? i know that front will work but i'm not to sure of the rears... what would be the best offset to get for this set up.. also with a 2in drop.. would u think i would have to get the fenders rolled???

19 X 9's will easily fit. My current set is 19 X 8.5 44mm offset. My new set is 19 X 9 w/35mm offset. If I can fit that on a 4th gen with an Intrax drop..you can definately fit it on a 5th gen. You can easily fit a 9.5.s on the rear.

the only thing 'i'm worried about is the rear stick'n out to much.. cuz the rear link'd suspension, we can't get the camber / tuck like other cars can.. thats wut stop'n me from getting 19x9's.. dose ne one have pic's of some one that has this set up?? on a 5thgen?? sorry for all the question's. just want to make sure b4 i drop 2+ g's for rims.. ya'know??

20's would lok awsome with a sprint drop.

Im running a 19x8.5 rims with 42 offset and 235/35/19 rubber, and it looks like i have room for more.

im runnin 20x8.5 with tein springs and tokico shocks/struts tires are 245/35/20.... they fit perfectly...... EXCEPT..... i have to roll my fenders or something in the rear cuz it rubs when i go over big bumps.... or like a big dip in the road.... they look great.. dont mind what the others say.... i dont kno what's the big deal... people go with 19s and everyone seems to think that's a good idea... like those aren't gonna slow the car down either....
