offset/bolt pattern question (cause im an idiot)

search isnt working, and I kinda need the info ASAP. im finding a bunch of rims i want, but i never know if they will fit or not. i have to clear it all up now.

im looking to get these, although still not sure...

anyway, will any rim with a 5x114.3 bolt pattern fit on my 2k max?

i'm gonna be getting 17x7 and putting them on my falken Ziex's (235/45/ZR17)

also, so how does offset effect the actual look, and how?
what offsets can I get? can i do 38? 40?
whats recommened?
does it even matter? some sites dont even specify offset

any help would be much appreicated!!!

thanks!

Oh yeah, those wheels will fit with plenty of space left.

With 17x7, any offset between 35-45 is fine. You might even get away with wheels that have offset outside those range.
