18" Nissan Murano rims for my max! Need some help

Hey guys,
I have the ability to buy 4 brand new mint Nissan Murano 18” rims…the guy is asking $200. Is this a fair price? (He’s a friend of a friend of my brother in law) Anyway…all the information I’ve found so far says these will fit on my '97 Max! I’m very, very interested in them, but am worried they won’t look right(backspacing difference?), or won’t fit. Does anyone know if these will work? Does anyone have these on their Max?

They appear to be the same specs as my rims, except they’re .5” wider. Here’s the specs on them:

Murano '03 18x7.5, 5 lug, 4.5" lug pattern

A couple concerns I have are:

1) Being a wider rim…are these going to rub when turning?

2) What size tires would I have to get so the speedometer stays the same?

3) I’d be going from the 16” stocks, to these 18’s…will my performance suffer?

4) Will my gas mileage? (I have a decent drive to work and gas will only get more expensive it seems)

5) Lastly, since these are for a “truck”, or “SUV” any ideas on the weight difference between these and my 16’s? I was thinking they’d be heavier, for more durability.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

2)225/40/18 should work fine
3,4,5)the wheels are heavier, so they it will take more effort to get moving, meaning less gas mileage.

i still think they would look good especially if they are the chrome plated ones.

they will work becasue the q45 has 18-7.5 5x114 as well. so yes they will fit. you can even go 245/40/18 if u wish.
