Anyone know anything about ASA wheels?

Was surfing through Tirerack's website and saw this company ASA whose manufacturing process is licensed by BBS. What does this mean and how are the quality of ASA rims?

Are they just another cheap knockoff company like AT?

The wheel I was looking at was:

Or should I just stick to the Enkei RPM2 instead?

Oh yeah, these wheels must be able to survive NYC streets.

I have those in 17x8. They're definitely of high quality, much lighter than my 18" Enkei RS6. They're not exactly cheap knock-offs. What happened was ASA and BBS shared the manufacturing process and ASA licensed it from BBS to create their own wheels. It's not as strong as forged but much stronger than ordinary cast. ASA wheels are low-pressure cast.

Those are good rims, as stated they are licensed by BBS and use the same processes, but since the wheels are made in Korea they are cheap. I was going to get them and probably should but my HP Racing look better
