will acura tl rims fit?

i got a good deal ($40 a rim without tires) on three some what curbed up 2004 acura tl rims. a seller on ebay whos selling a set says the rims are 5x114.3, 17x8, +45 offset. i am pretty sure they will fit but i am a maxima noob (sentra/sr20 pro, though) and thought i might as well ask the experts. let me know, thanks guys.

By those numbers they should fit. Stock 2002 SE rims are the same except 17x7. Should be with no problems.
When you get them on post pics.

It will fit....I would perfer a tad lower offset, but they will fit and look just fine. That is if you don't mind have honda wheels on a Nissan.

Are they the type-S wheels?
Those are sweet, if you could get a center cap that does not say Acura.

The acura bolt pattern is the same as Nissan's, so they should fit no problem.

I think the centerbore is too small on those rims and it might not fit the bore on the maxima. I would look into that if i were u. The bore on the maxima is 66.7 i think so check the acura one, the dealer will tell u.
