i have small problem ..
my car is nissan maxima 2002 3.0 ( not the american edition ) and i changed my wheels size and the tires ..
it was 215 / 55 / 16 and i changed it to 215 / 55 / 17 ... now my car is very weak max ... should i change my tires size ??? or if i can do any thing to reslove this problem ..
and i am trying to buy 18 wheels ... what is the best tire size ??

how much heavier are the new wheels from the stock ones? the 17's are probably alot heavier so you are experiencing more unsprung weight and reducing your acceleration along with another inch the wheel is rotating. i would look into the weight of the wheels and try to get some close to stock as possible in whatever size you want.
