Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tires - Yes or NO??

Hi all!
I need to replace my OEM Bridgestone RE92. I drive a '03 Maxima SE and i need to buy something better for my wheels. I care about WET and DRY traction only. I do have nice winter tires for the mountains so snow is not a challenge.

I have read a lot about the Falkens 512, i own a pair of Michelin Pilot Sports A/S (seem noisy) but i few days ago i noticed the Potenza RE040 tires. Are they any good??

Does anyone here have any experince with them? They are expensicve but i can get them at a good dicount, so price is not a factor. I care about durability and handling in wet/dry...and noise levels too.

Thanks for any input!
