offset help

Okay I need to know this, what is stock offsets on SE 5 star rims? What offset should be used to keep it factory with a 7.5 width and 8. What offset should be used to have the wheel close to the fender, but not sticking out at all; flush or just before the fender line.

Oh yea I dont understand that damn offset calculator.

Thanks
