how to measure center bore, hubcentric rings are needed

I need to buy hubcentric rings and i'm not sure how to measure the rim so the correct ring will be sent. The rims are 17x7 TSW Revo.
The tech at Discounttiredirect told me just to measure the center bore with tape measure in mm. is that it? is the rear same as front ?

please share your inputs

Nick.

Do you have the boxes for the wheels? It should say it on the box if you do.

contact tsw. measuring would be difficult because the differences between sizes are 10ths of a mm.
