i'm looking into picking up a set of new wheels and was wondering if these spec fit my 00 max or not...

I know 18x8 with +35mm will fit, and I'm not sure if the extra 2mm+ offset will make much of a difference...

It will fit just fine. I am running 18x8 with 30mm offset.

fit with no problem. If you lower the car quite a bit you might have some rubbing issues.

To reiterate, 30 is fine. You could even go w/a lower offset than that if you want.
