new tires

any suggestions on new tires? I have a set of Michelline Pilot Sport AS's on my max now and love them, but they're getting worn out after 50k of hard driving. I'm looking for something that'll hold the road and stay on the rims for a while. If nobody has anything better out there, I'll gladly shell out another grand on the Mich's.

Do they work well in snow. I see you're in NY, I'm in MD. I had tons of problems with the white stuff until I slapped on my Mich's. Also, I thought most Toyos didn't last long.

drop the cash on the pilots, they are ten times better than the potenzas, and as for lasting a long time 50k miles is great for hard driving, i just got my pilots in august, and i love em, havent tested them in snow, but im sure that will come soon......

i just put them on but i will find out this winter. they have a high treadwear rating. EVERYONE says get the Ziex or mich I decided to be different and i would be $$ that the toyos outperform BOTH those other tires, plus they look kick *** and are like $100each. read the reviews

I too have the proxes 4 after a recommendation from a friend and seeing all the awesome reveiws. We shall see how long they last and handle in the snow. So far so good, the handle very well and the place I was trying to get them from but didn't have them in stock said they were the best all season tires you can get

I only heard good things about the Pilots.
I am driving the Falken 512's - they are nice but I don't expect them to last past 25-30K miles.
