Decided On Rims, Need Advice Before I Purchase

Can anyone confirm the offset and tire fitment for me? I have done all the FAQ's and double checking, but a triple-check from someone who knows would give me some peace of mind.

Rims to be ordered:
TSW Catalunyas - 18" x 8.0" with +40mm Offset (5x114.3mm bolt pattern)

I currently have (2) brand new Continental XtremeContact 235/40/r18 that I believe will fit. And I think +20mm offset would rub, or should I go with those instead of the +40mm offset?

Any responses are appreciated!!!

go with the +40 .... they should fit fine.... +20 would stick out of the fenders....might want to wait for someone else to confirm the offsets on 5th gen.... I'm not sure of the offset diff from 4th gen to 5th gen (I'm a 4th gen)
235/40/18 will fit fine on a 8" rim

You can go w/ 40mm offset and use 5mm spacers.

Tires are perfect sizes.
