I'm leaning towards 18's and would appreciate some info on quality makers. I really don't want to spend more than $200 per wheel.

thats a really difficult question to answer. i mean, i guess you could say American Racing wheels could be the best value, since they are cheap and decently strong. i had fittapaldi rims on my 3000GT and mille miglia 18s on my accord, and both were good rims, the MMs were a i think $240 a wheel, and you can get the Evo5s (an ORG favorite) from the tirerack for 199 a rim now.

i would suggest not buying new rims based on cost. just look at wheels you like that are from a good manufacturer, ask, find out how strong they are, and worry about price at the end. you dont wanna get stuck with some ugly rim that is strong as hell just cuz it was the right price.

 

Enkeis are a reputable wheel maker, light, strong, and hold their value relatively well. Well I'm biased...........
