Will 14 inch rims be a problem?

A friend of mine is giving a set of Mitsu Eclipse Steelies (14in.) away and I was thinking about mounting some snow tires on them to use with the Maxima. Will this cause any problems? The bolt pattern is the same but I think the offset may be +45. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I doubt they will clear the calipers. I would also check the bolt pattern.

I have the same doubt with the brakes, but maybe do a test fit and report back.
