17's and 18's

what are the positives and negitives of 17's and the 18's im debating on what to get, 17's seem stock but then with 18's higher tire prices and stuff and whats the best drop I need help with this decesion with Christmas comming and what to buy...any comments are appericated..thanks alot guys!

depends on your style and where you live. i mean if you live around a lot of pot holes than i guess 17s is good. but its up to you. might as well get the 18s

ya we have alot of potholes but I wouldent put them on untill late spring anyway...well alot of people say that but they cant help themselves with new rims lol...yea some 17's ive seen look nice, but like everyone says your going to want 18's..ah i need help lol

like he said, it depends on your style... what do you plan on it looking like? low and smoked with 17" gunmetal rims? or mild drop, with clean 18" silver rims?

17's have better handling/ride quality and most of the performance aspects. Also 17's are cheaper for the whole setup. Though 18's might look better to some people; I'm getting 17's and dropping the car 1.5 inch. That will look clean and handle great. But that's just my opinion.
