Will 245/45/18 fit ?

I have a 03 Maxima and have a chance to pickup some nice 18's with brand new tires on them ...they are coming off a G35 Sedan.
Do you think I will have any problems running them ? My suspension is all stock.

Are they after market 18's or the G35C's? The G35C's come with a 245/45/18 stock (Michellin Pilots). If so, the wheels have a +30 offset, and if you're not dropped yet, probably won't rub. I would suggest lowering the car first to prevent that 4x4 look. A mild drop like Eibach's or H&R's would look nice with that set up. I'm on Tein S-Tech's, so there's a few issues with rubbing. Looks nice though. Are these the one's?

The wheels are Zenetti, Im not sure what model they are.
I guess if nothing else I can bolt them on to our 98 Mustang GT Convertible, I think it and the Max have the same bolt pattern.
