Tein S 245/40 19

i need tire but was wondering if i have tein S and i put on 245/40 19 will i have any rubbing issues are wiil it not work??

I got S-Techs with a 245/45/18 and I got some rubbing issues. But, I'm running a +30 offset rim also.

Anybody? There's a Group Deal goin on right now for all Springs, so I'd like to know before it ends if there will be any rubbin with 19's on 245/40/19 with S-Techs. Also, is there any difference in offsets need if I had S-Techs or if I had H-Techs or would they be the same. Thanks.
