Advice on: 245/45/18 on 5th Gen

I have a quick question, Would there be any fitment issues (front or rear) if i ran 245/45/18 on 18x8 with 38+ offest.

In other words, would I have rubbing issues?

I already expect 4x4 look and have right now stock suspension, so pls dont flame.

245/40/18 are recommended for 8.5" width
245/45/18 are recommended for 8 "width

any feeback would be great.

Correct size to get would be 245/40/18s or 235/40/18. Those tires are little taller. You won't have a problem now but you will after you drop your car (depending how low you go). I say get the correct size tires.

The 245x40x18 would be a closer match to the OEM diameter. I have them on a 8" wide rim and they are within spec. I'm not sure where your info for an 8.5 inch rim is coming from.

stick with a 245/40/18 tire. I think the 45 series might be too tall of a tire for your application.

even 40s might look too tall to some. I'd also join everyone and say stick to 245/40/18
