$635 a wheel for SE-R rims?

i was thinking about selling my 19" konig theories and getting a set of Altima SE-R 18's for the maxima. when i checked the price i was told they were $635 each wheel. can that be right? am i really lookin at about $2500 for a set of 18's? i hould have sked them to check again but is it possible they quoted me like a pathfiner wheel and tire, like something with big off-roading tires or something? that price seems real high to me. i got my 19's for like $500 less.

Dealer prices. Call them and ask how much a set of 5th gen rims would cost, then see how much they go for on the org. Unfortunately because the SE-R is probably a low-production vehicle, the supply of take-offs will be low. Find an aftermarket wheel that looks very similar maybe?

And they aren't that light. Very overrated as most performance OEM wheels are.

Stock Maxima wheels are about $450 each from the dealer as well. Remember that Nissan is in business to make money, not deliver cheap parts.

He won't be finding any SE-R wheels there, most likely!

Why would anyone in their right mind buy an OEM wheel (even if it's forged) for $635 when you get Volks or other good quality forged wheels for less.

Im sure you can get them for less , go to altimas.net and see if anyone has upgraded yet or make someone an offer. But you will still pay a pritty penny, maybe you can get away with around 2k with tires??

Personaly i would just go with something aftermarket...

that's just outta control. i'm not willing to pay that much for them, especially if they still come wrapped in potenza's. and i thought about a junkyard but, as was said, there aren't any SE-R's there yet.

i saw these rims on an SE-R and i just wanted them so bad, they're really nice looking IMO, plus my car's a little sluggish with the 19's, i figured these would look as nice if not nicer and perform better. i was kind of hoping for an even deal, i'd sell my 19" Konig's for a slight loss, and still have enough to get the SE-R wheels, but i'll be damned if i'm gonna take a loss that big for these wheels. i'm still gonna keep my eye out.

$635 bucks!!!!!!??? Yikes!!

I dont even like them -too busy for my tastes, plus the spokes stick out too much before they turn back in towards the edges of the rims.

If you like these, dont you like the BBKs?? Much better, much cheaper!

If you really want them . you can get them for less here.. www.mynismo.com
they have them for $585 each. I would not buy them but it's your car. They also have the Nismo 18inc wheels too, they are $384.

Even if priced at $585, I'd get 18x8.5 SSR Competitions. Save weight and $$$...
