wheel weights

i just got some new front tires on a couple of days ago and they stuck on those ugly lead clip on weights on my stock 16" se rims. what other options for weighting do i have, will i have problems with dynamic imbalance if i go with stick ons behind the spokes? im assuming will be charged for a rebalance if i go back and request different weights, and should have reqested something other that the clip ons when i dropped the car off right? thx.

Can you see the clip-on weights when you are driving the car? Perhaps the clip-on weights are more functional than the stick ons behind the spokes.
