another 20" fitment question

I know how you guys hate 20's on maximas and i30's. but hear me out. i have 18's on my car right now and the wheel gap is 2.5 inches. and the body kit is 4.5 to 5" off the ground. my coilovers are all the way up.

so my goal is to fill the gap and keep my ground clearence or raise it a hair. the style of rims go along with my VIP theme.

they come in 2 sizes 20x7.5 & 20x9 which size will be good and what offset will clear 300zx calipers.

i have my car dropped as low as possible without smashing a side skirt with the scissor jack on page 5 of my car domain link on my sig. 18's arent cutting it and i dont think 19 will give me that much more clearence

I think you're on the right track, but not sure how that is going to filll the wheel gap much more then your 18s. The diameter difference between a 225/50-17 (stock) and 245/35-20 is less than an inch (25.9 vs. 26.8).

half the difference (radius) will raise the car and i will drop it some to compensate and keep the same ground clearence. and the other half will fill out the gap.........at least thats my theory behind it.......

ok, so I don't get your question. Everything looks like it will be just fine, what else do you want to know?
