I was looking into getting some Axis Milanos, but they are on backorder so now I am looking into these:

Going with 19x8.0 with a black finish, also with the maxis lip (bigger lip) on my pearl white max (obviously its a max) If i was to get these.
What do you think?

I really liked the milanos but just cant get them and I want something now.

The Milanos are sweet, but getting the Sevenmods isnt really a "sacrifice"

I LOVE the deep lip

 

Not bad but if you are going with axis wheels id go for either Milano, Supermesh, Ne-o

 

Of course I like the Se7en Mod, but DON'T get the Maxis lip. It's way too curved and looks

What is the Maxis lip? Im confused, is it an extra wide lip you can choose?

How much deeper is it than the ones we have (I looked at your page)

 

It's the poor man's "lip".
Shoot, if i curved my spokes all the way in to the inside edge of the wheel, I could say my wheels have 8" lip.
No matter what, it is NOT deep dish if the spokes are curved inwards. The actual face of the spokes needs to be recessed.

Correct, they were designed so that ricers could afford them and pretend they're ballin' like Benz owners with quality wheels.

 

No, there are two options for the lip, Polished and this Maxis. Triple is saying don't get the Maxis version.

In any case...I havent seen the Maxis lip, but it sounds like im glad I didnt get it. I wouldnt want to be a ricer AND gay at the same time....
