2000-2001 SE Rims

I had two questions reguarding the 2000-2001 Maxima SE rims. First, how wide is the widest tire you can fit on those? Also, how much do they weigh? Right now I have the 4th gen 15" "honeycomb" rims, so I would like to know if putting those 17" rims on would slow me down in any way. Thanks
