Should I get 'em??? Tire ?'s too.....

I know everybody will probably jump on me for this, but here goes........
OK, so I have a chance to pick up a set of bronze Volk GTP's for a pretty SWEET deal. They're brand spanking new..........still in the boxes, and never been used.......never mounted on any tires......and never touched the pavement! So here's the downside: They're only 7.5" wide, and the offset is a +43. They were originally intended for a RSX, but the owner sold the car, and now has no use for the wheels.
So what do you think? Should I get them? In all honesty, how would a 7.5" wheel with that offset look on our car? I was thinking about picking them up and just getting some 5mm spacers. Any comments. I know the whole deal about get rims that fit your car, not a car that fits your rims, but these things would look so sweet on my icelandic pearl Max!!!
Last question. IF I pick these up, what's the recommended tire size for a 7.5" wheel? I'm assuming a 225/40/18. Could you go with a 225/45/18, or would that look too tall?
Ok, let me have it! But wouldn't they look so sweet?!!?!!?

Id say go for it i have 18x7.5 with 42 offset and it looks fine. As for the 45 profile it all depends on your suspension setup but you'd be fine with 40 profile. Oh and i love your color

W3RD! I really want to get those. Is that the size of the wheels that you have in your pic? I know they may be a little on the skinny side, but not by much. Wouldn't they look sick? Oh, and yes, I like your color too! I was either looking for black or bronze, and then these came along. Hopefully the guy will still have them when I make my final decision.

Oh yeah, and is that the tire size you're running also (225/40/18) ?
