I figure this is apart of suspension so here it goes...

Hawk HPS pads for front and rear for my 89 SE is $64 and $59.
Axxis Metal Masters are $38 and $30.

Havent found a price for the Axxis Ultimates yet but it may be a little cheaper than the HPS's. What does everyone here use? Are there any sites that has done comparisons of the two brands?

haven't tried Hawk pads but I've been using nothing but Axxis pads for my other car. Heard good thing about both.

Hawk HP Plus.

You will not find a better bang for the buck in track-ready performance pads.

Bosch Ceramics. These have been outstanding for me as far as stopping, dust (low) and noise(none).

Oh yeah... on my rears, I'm using NAPA pads, with a lifetime replacement warranty... I just bring the worn-down pads back, with my original receipt, and BAM! They give me a brand-new set. :-)
