18s on a 1990 is pushing it man. I mean a newer model could easily handle them but I'm having to get 17s because 18s may not fit at all plus even if they did there would be no sidewall at all. Go to a auto shop and have someone actually bring out a tire and size it up. I got that done at Sears and it helped me out alot in picking a tire that fits. As for the price, seems alright, but go around and get a few estimates.

You are retarded. You can fit 18s no problem. The sidewall is a 40 series, EXACT SAME AS FOR A 95-99 OR 2000-2003. I have 18s on my car and it isn't a problem at all. How exactly would a newer model handle them better?

And to answer your question ghostridden, Kumho ASXs and Toyo Proxes 4s are very popular high-performance all-seasons with org members.

I'd recommend Fuzion Zri's (made by Bridgestone). Relatively quiet, relatively good treadwear, good dry and wet traction. I had Bridgestone RE730's on my car before the Fuzions and I think they are very similar in performance. I've also had those Kumhos that you are talking about and the Zri's are definitely better. The Zri's don't cost much more either.

18x8, +35-38 offset will fit. Go down to 18x7.5 and you might be able to get away with +39-42 offset as well.

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S are a damn good tire if you want to spend some $$$. I would look for a tire that is good in the wet and dry, quiet, lasts a long time, and doesn't set you back a lot of money. What is the weather like where you live? Base your decision on that and what kind of driving you will be doing.
